Easy With A Microwave, Sauce for Mitarashi Dango

All you need to do is combine the ingredients and microwave them. Here's an easy recipe for sweet and salty, glistening mitarashi dango sauce, just like from a shop.

Ingredients

Sugar
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
Water
100 ml

Steps

1. Add the dissolved katakuriko to the dish from Step 1, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500-600 W, and then mix. Repeat once more and your sauce should be done.
2. Add the dissolved katakuriko to the dish from Step 1, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500-600 W, and then mix. Repeat this once more and your sauce should be done.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I made dango, I decided to try and also make my husband's favourite sauce for mitarashi dango. It turned out really well so I wrote down the recipe and uploaded it here.
