Black Sesame Seed Banana Pancakes with Whey

These pancakes contain bananas and black sesame seeds. The addition of whey makes these pancakes come out beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

●Pancake mix
200 g
●Egg (Medium)
70 ml
80 ml
Ripe banana
Black sesame seeds
2 teaspoons


1. Combine the ● ingredients in a bowl with a whisk, then mix in the mashed banana and black sesame seeds.
2. Warm a frying pan on medium heat. Take the pan off the heat and place on top of a damp cloth before returning back to the heat. Turn the heat to low and pour a ladleful of batter into the pan.
3. When the surface of the pancake begins to bubble, flip it over, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
