Easy Keema Curry with Lentils

I made a keema curry with lentils.
I used a store-bought curry roux, honey, Japanese Worcestershire sauce, and instant coffee to season the curry.

Ingredients

Ground meat
200 g
Boiled lentils
80 g
Onion

Carrot

Seasoning ingredients:
"Vermont Curry" Mild (curry roux)
1/4 package
"Vermont Curry" Medium Hot (curry roux)
1/4 package
Honey
1 teaspoon
Japanese Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
Instant coffee
1 teaspoon
Water
400 ml

Steps

1. These are the boiled lentils.
2. Chop the onion and carrot and place them in a mincer.
3. There you have finely chopped onions and carrots ready for use.
4. Cook the mince meat in a frying pan.
5. Once the meat is cooked, combine the finely chopped onion and carrot and stir-fry.
6. Pour water into the mixture.
7. Cover with a lid and steam-cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
8. Remove the lid and add the boiled lentils.
9. Add the store-bought curry roux, honey, Japanese Worcestershire sauce, and instant coffee to the mixture from Step 8.
10. Simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
11. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
