Simple Healthy Okara Burger

You can make them in just one bowl.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Ground meat
200 g
Fresh okara
200 g
Onion
1
Egg
1
Katakuriko
3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Ketchup
to taste
Oil
as needed

Steps

1. Mince the onion and sauté until browned.
2. Put the onion from Step 1 into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Divide into 4 portions and form into oval patties.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry over high heat. When browned, flip over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.
