Gluten-Free Rice Flour Pumpkin Donut Holes

This recipe doesn't use dairy or wheat products. It's so easy that you can make it in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients: 9 donut holes

Pumpkin
50 g
Egg
1
Raw cane sugar
25 g
Unroasted sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon
Rice flour
100 g
Baking powder
3 g
Cinnamon
as needed
Frying oil
as needed

Steps

1. Heat the pumpkin in the microwave at 600 W. Once it is soft, mash it up.
2. Combine the egg and sugar. Stir in the sesame oil and the pumpkin.
3. Mix in the rice flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
4. Deep-fry in 160-170°C oil for about 3 minutes. Use a spoon to scoop out the donut holes.
