Oven-Baked Firm Tofu

This tofu dish is cheap and delicious.
A must-try dish for mayo and cheese lovers.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Firm tofu
1 block
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
as needed


1. Cover the tofu in a paper towel and set it aside for 5 minutes.
2. Mince the onion. Drain the oil from the tuna can.
3. Mix mayonnaise into the onion and tuna from Step 2. Season with salt and pepper.
4. After the tofu has been set aside for 5 minutes, divide it into fourths. Align them on a heatproof dish, and top with the mayo mixture from Step 3.
5. Top with some cheese, and bake for 15 minutes in a 230℃ oven. When using an oven, keep your eyes on them and bake for about 10 minutes.
