Easy with Milk! Macaroni Gratin

I made this easy macaroni gratin using ingredients I had on hand!
It's perfect for lunch.

Ingredients: 2 servings

50 g
Chicken tenderloins
1 portion
Wiener sausages
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
300 ml
Consommé bouillon powder
2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Vegetable oil
a small amount
Pizza cheese
to taste


1. Boil the macaroni as directed on the package.
2. Chop the chicken and onion.
3. Coat a frying pan with vegetable oil, and sauté Step 1.
4. Add the margarine and melt.
5. Add the flour and sauté. Make sure not to let it burn.
6. Add the milk, consommé, salt and pepper, and simmer over low heat while stirring.
7. Simmer for about 3 minutes until it thickens.
8. Add the boiled macaroni and stir.
9. Transfer into a gratin dish.
10. Top with pizza cheese, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 ℃.
