Story Behind this Recipe
I was craving sweetened sweet potato bites that are pillowy as cakes. One time, I was too lazy to make whipped cream, so I added heavy cream directly into the batter, which made it too runny. This time, I blended everything in a blender, and this is how it turned out! ☝
The batter could be hard to handle because it's runny. In that case, chill in the fridge before use. See how you can use sliced sweet potatoes and make it look nice and pretty?
