Avocado Cream Pasta

The sauce is thick and creamy, even though it's made with just milk!
With lots of avocado, this hearty pasta dish is very satisfying.

Ingredients

Pasta
100 g
Avocado
1
Milk
100 ml
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Grated garlic
2 cm
Soup stock cube
1
Salt
a pinch
Black pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Dice the avocado.
2. Heat the garlic in a frying pan until it becomes fragrant.
3. Fry the avocado.
4. Add the milk, soup stock cube and salt.
5. Stir it as it simmers until it thickens.
6. Remove from the heat, and mix in the boiled pasta.
7. Sprinkle with some black pepper, and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had some leftover milk, so I came up with a pasta dish in which I could use it up.
I thought I might need to add some flour, but to the avocado, it thickened nicely with just milk!
