Macaroni Soup with Broccoli and Bacon

An easy soup with macaroni and vegetables.
The macaroni makes it a filling dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1/2 head (medium)
1 slice
about 20 g
350 ml
Consommé stock granules
5 g
Salt and pepper
a pinch each


1. Boil the macaroni.
2. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, then microwave until tender. Chop the bacon.
3. When the macaroni is finished cooking, add the consommé, broccoli, and bacon.
4. Bring to a boil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mellow out the saltiness by stirring in 1/2 teaspoon mirin (not listed)
