Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce

I wanted to eat a delicious dish with my favourite kind of chicken.
This dish goes well with wine or beer.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh meat
Krazy Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
☆ Grainy mustard
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
☆ Honey
1 tablespoon
☆ Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
☆ Sake
1 and 1/2 tablespoons


1. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with Krazy Salt and black pepper. Thin slice the onion.
2. Thinly oil a pan with olive oil (not listed). Cook the chicken thigh with the skin sides down.
3. Once the skin turns golden brown, turn over. Add the sliced onion in the open space and cook thorough.
4. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Stir the onion with the oil from the chicken and add the ☆ ingredients.
5. Once the sauce thickens, pour over the chicken on the plate. Serve.
