Easy and Quick Temari Sushi

These temari sushi are great for children and make fantastic party food. Give them a try for Girl's Day!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Pickled sea bream
100 g
Smoked salmon
100 g
Sushi rice
2 1/2 rice cooker cups' worth


1. Cool the sushi rice and season with whatever you like. For a spalsh of colour, I've added some finely chopped cucumber.
2. Cut the salmon and sea bream into bite sized pieces.
3. Place a piece of salmon or seabream on top of a piece of cling film, then add a heaped tablespoon of cooled sushi rice on top.
4. Wrap the sashimi and rice in cling film and mould the sushi. Repeat this step until all of the ingredients are used up.
5. Serve on a plate to finish!
