Mix sushi vinegar into hot cooked rice, and let it cool.
Lay cling film on top of a sushi mat. Spread enough sushi rice to cover one sheet of nori. On the front half, lay a nori sheet which has been cut in half. Put the avocado, salmon and mayonnaise on top of the nori. Roll it tightly and it's done.
