California Rolls

I made this along with some ehou-maki for Setsubun.

Ingredients

Uncooked white rice
2 rice cooker cups (360 ml)
Salmon
as needed
Avocado
1/2
Nori seaweed
2 sheets
Green onions
to taste
Sesame seeds
to taste
Sushi vinegar
to taste
Mayonnaise
to taste

Steps

1. Mix sushi vinegar into hot cooked rice, and let it cool.
2. Lay cling film on top of a sushi mat. Spread enough sushi rice to cover one sheet of nori. On the front half, lay a nori sheet which has been cut in half. Put the avocado, salmon and mayonnaise on top of the nori. Roll it tightly and it's done.
