Sweet Potato Cream Cheesecake

To use up cream cheese and cream I used artificial sweetener for sugar. This is a healthy cake full of fiber.

1. Microwave the sweet potato. Mash it.
2. Add the ingredients one by one and mix VERY well The batter will be thick.
3. Line the pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
4. If you stick it in the refrigerator for half a day, it becomes even more tasty.
5. I topped it with almond slices this time.
