Authentic, Refreshing Salt Broth Ramen Made Right in the Bowl

This easy soup is so delicious you'll want to drink it all up. All you need to buy are fresh noodles, so it's economical too.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Fresh noodles
1 serving
☆ The white part of a Japanese leek
10 cm
☆ Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon
☆ Salt
1 teaspoon
☆ Sake
1 teaspoon
☆ Coarsely grated dried garlic
1/2 teaspoon
Boiling water (for the soup)
250 to 300 ml

Steps

1. Chop up the leek, and put in a ramen bowl with the ☆ ingredients. Mix and microwave for 1 minute. Add boiling water and the soup is done.
2. Boil water in a pan, cook the noodles and put them into the bowl with the soup. The ramen is done. I added deep fried leek and coarsely ground black pepper on top.
