Pig Feet with Italian Balsamic Vinegar

Pig Feet with Italian Balsamic Vinegar

Cooked in salt with ponzu is delicious, but how about trying pig feet with this flavor once in a while? This is made in a pressure cooker for excellent tenderness and plenty of collagen.

Pig feet (boiled)
100 ml
●Red wine
150 ml
●Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
●Consomme soup stock cubes
●Balsamic vinegar
30 ml
●Bay leaf
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
3 g

1. I used pre-boiled pig feet sold at the supermarket.
2. Add the ● ingredients and the pig feet to the pressure cooker, close with the lid, and turn on the heat.
3. Once the pressure starts, reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
4. When it is time to stop the heat, remove the pressure and let sit for a while. Add the ☆ ingredients and let it simmer.
5. Simmer until creamy, and then it's complete.
6. These go well with bread. My husband, who loves rice, also gives this his approval.
