Sweet and Salty - Sweet Potato Mochi

The sweetness of the sweet potato goes really well with the sweet and salty sauce. Try it out for your children's snack!

Ingredients: 10 servings

Sweet potato
400 g
2 tablespoons
White flour
2 tablespoons
Light brown sugar or white sugar
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon


1. Wash the sweet potato, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave until soft. Transfer to a bowl and mash with a rolling pin.
2. Add the katakuriko and flour and mix. Form into a roll and cut into 10 equal pieces.
3. Put 1 tablespoon of oil into the frying pan and arrange the pieces of sweet potato in it.
4. When both sides are golden brown, add the seasonings, coat both sides well, and they're done.
