Easy and Quick Dish! Tofu Peperoncino

Here's an easy recipe using atsuage (deep-fried tofu)!
Enjoy this crispy and fluffy tofu with a bold taste!

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 block
Finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon
Anchovy paste
1 teaspoon
Red chili peppers (thinly sliced)
to taste
Olive oil
to fill the frying pan to 1 mm


1. This is all you need! I recommend tubed anchovy paste.
2. Prepare the tofu by cutting it into cubes.
3. Heat a frying pan, then fry the atsuage to a crisp over high heat.
4. Brown each side for about 1 minute.
5. After browning the tofu, transfer to a plate and set aside. Heat the olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste, and red chili pepper to prepare the sauce.
6. Heat over low heat until aromatic. There you have it!
7. Drizzle the sauce over the tofu and serve! Garnish with olives or herbs as desired.
