Salmon Sashimi with Avocado Dip

Salmon Sashimi with Avocado Dip

A colourful dish with the pink salmon and green avocado dip. It's perfect to serve as an hors d'oeuvre for a house party.

Ingredients: 6-12 servings

Salmon (sashimi grade)
1 fillet (about 200 g)
1 ripen
●Onion (finely chopped)
●Coriander seeds (powdered)
1/2 teaspoon
a small amount
●Squeezed lemon juice
1/4 lemon (optional)
Salt and pepper
to taste
Cherry tomatoes, broccoli (for decoration, topping)
as needed

1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. If you have time, marinate in onion, celery and olive oil.
2. Mix the ● ingredients well. Soak the onions in water for a little bit, and squeeze out the excess water with a cloth. Finally, season with salt and pepper. There should be plenty, so feel free to have a taste.
3. Put the seasoned salmon on a serving dish, and top with the avocado dip. Serve with some small broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes, and it's done.
