This is a healthy and delicious Chinese soup.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Winter melon
1/4
Ground chicken thigh
200 g
Kumquats (or eggs) (optional)

Ginger
20 g
"A" seasonings
Salt
2 g
Katakuriko
5 g
White pepper
1 g
"B" seasonings
Salt
4 g
Cooking sake
1 tablespoon
Toppings:
Ginger
to taste

Steps

1. Thickly cut the winter melon.
2. Mix the ground chicken thigh with the "A" seasonings.
3. Form Step 2 into round balls.
4. Boil in 500 ml of water.
5. Add the winter melon and the "B" seasoning ingredients. It's done when the winter melon is translucent.
