Simple Hand-kneaded Tofu Rolls

It's easy to knead by hand! These tofu rolls are healthy and the dough doesn't need to rise!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Bread flour
100 g
Silken tofu
100 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
a small amount


1. Mix the tofu with a whisk until it has a smooth, mashed consistency.
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead.
3. Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape the rolls (I prefer to roll them into cute balls).
4. Bake for 13 minutes at 200℃, and they are done!
