Tri-Colour Rice Bowl

Tri-Colour Rice Bowl

This is my husband's favorite. The garlic flavor whets your appetite. Even my kid wolfs it down.

Ingredients: 2 adults and 1 child

Ground meat
about 300 g
★Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
★Sugar
3 tablespoons
★Mirin
1 tablespoon
★Grated garlic
about 1 teaspoon
Eggs
4
Mayonnaise
1 ~ 2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Green onions or scallions
to your liking

Steps

1. Mix the ★ ingredients and set aside.
2. Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, and sugar. Heat oil in a frying pan, make scrambled eggs, and transfer to a plate.
3. Add the ground meat into the pan, and stir-fry. When the colour of the meat changes, add the ★ ingredients, and stir-fry over low to medium heat to let the meat absorb the flavour.
4. Serve the rice, eggs, and ground meat in a bowl, and sprinkle with green onions at the end, then it's done.
