Miso Ramen

This is a delicious miso ramen!
It tastes even better with a lot of toppings!

Ingredients: 5 servings

Fresh Chinese noodles
5 hanks
25 g
Corn on the cob
as needed
Japanese leek
Meat-miso (Recipe ID: 2354549)
as needed
Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs (Recipe ID: 850498)
Char Siu (Recipe ID: 837298)
500 g
Aji Moyashi (Recipe ID: 2354459)
as needed
Pork soup (Recipe ID: 2358081)
2 liters
For the miso sauce:
150 g
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Shaoxing wine
2 tablespoons


1. Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well. Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.
2. Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water. While they boil, warm the bowls.
3. Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup. Add the boiled noodles.
4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
