Spicy Mexican Fajita Bento

An easy and well-balanced fajita bento. I learned this appetizing taste from a Mexican friend.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh meat
200g
Onion
1/2
Tomato
1 small
Red pepper
1/4
Yellow pepper
1/4
Celery
10cm
Garlic
1 clove
Cayenne pepper (or ichimi seasoning)
a little (to taste)
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Sake
2 teaspoons
Oil
for frying

Steps

1. Mince the garlic. Cut the tomatoes in half, then thinly slice. Cut the onions, peppers, and celery into slivers.
2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and sake.
3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions, then add the garlic. Add the chicken and fry.
4. Add all the veggies and cayenne powder and fry. Season again with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Once everything is cooked, it's done. (The tomatoes will simmer down.)
