Quick Simmered Kimchi Potatoes

Easy and quick to make. It'll make you want to eat more rice and drink more beer!

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 to 3
Kimchi (Chinese cabbage kimchi)
130 g
1 teaspoon
200 ml
★Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Toasted sesame seeds
a small amount


1. Cut the potato into small bite-sized pieces After soaking in a bowl of water, wrap in cling film and microwave for 3 minutes until soft.
2. Put the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the potatoes from Step 1 and the kimchi. Simmer over medium heat until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
3. Take it off the heat and add the mayonnaise to give it richness, and mix.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like.
