For Bentos! Leafy Vegetable, Yuzu and Bonito Flake Rolls

I recommend making this quickly and stuffing it into gaps in your bentos. If you make the rolls thin, they'll be easy for kids to eat!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Leafy vegetables (Cabbage, Chinese cabbage etc.)
as needed
Cut yuzu skin (Japanese citron fruit)
a small amount
Bonito flakes
to taste

Steps

1. Blanch the leafy vegetables in plenty of hot water for 3 minutes. Cool the leaves in cold water, and drain well.
2. Place a a large leaf on a sushi rolling mat then layer on the smaller leaves. Add the bonito flakes and yuzu and roll it up. Cut into easy to eat pieces.
