Easy White Sauce in the Microwave

You can cook gratins, stews or cream croquettes easily with this easy microwaved white sauce! If you store it in the freezer, you can use it anytime you want!

Ingredients: 2 servings in a casserole dish

Cake flour
15 g
7 g
Consommé soup stock granules
1 g
1/2 cup (103 g)
Grated Parmesan cheese
3 g
Miso or Shio-koji
3 g
Mixed pepper
as needed


1. Put the cake flour and butter in a large heat proof bowl. Microwave at 600 W for 10 seconds without covering.
2. Add a half of the milk and mix well. Microwave again at 600 W for 1 minute without covering. Stir well.
3. Add the remaining milk and the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Microwave at 600 W for 1 minute and mix well during heating and at the end. Repeat this step 3 times.
