Story Behind this Recipe
I created this recipe as I wanted to cook a quick and easy gratin dish. If you have the white sauce, you can cook various gratin with ingredients readily at hand!
Please use a large heat-proof bowl. During microwaving, the sauce will swell as the white sauce is thick! Please be careful not to burn yourself. If you cook too much, divide into small portions and store in the freezer. You can keep it for about a month.
