Microwaved Bell Pepper with Shio-kombu For Bentos

This microwaved dish is easy and quick, and perfect for those times when you need one more dish It adds a touch of colour to your bento.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Red and yellow bell peppers
2 small
Shio-kombu
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Thinly slice the bell peppers and microwave. A small yellow bell pepper and 2 red ones take just less than 2 minutes at 600 W.
2. Drain the moisture from the bell peppers, and mix with the shio-konbu, sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.
