Nutritious Spinach and Nori Seawed Soup

This is a delicious soup chock-full of nutrition with a nori seaweed flavor with a light and fluffy texture.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

1/2 bunch (about 100-150 g)
Toasted nori seaweed
2 sheets (21 cm x 19 cm)
4 cups (800 ml)
Chicken soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
a small amount
Sesame oil
a small amount
White ground sesame seeds
1 teaspoon


1. Wash and wrap the spinach in plastic wrap, microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on 600 W or parboil.
2. Squeeze out excess liquid and cut into easy-to-eat pieces (3-4 cm).
3. Add water and chicken stock granules to a pot and bring to a boil. Season to taste with oyster sauce and black pepper. Add salt if necessary (see Hints).
4. Add spinach and bring to a boil. Then, add in the beaten egg, a little at a time.
5. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Immediately before serving, shred the roasted nori into suitable pieces with your hands and add it in..
