Salad With Celery and Myoga

The superb harmony of fragrant celery and myoga ginger is perfect for adults.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Celery
1 stalk
Myoga ginger
10 pieces
Sashimi grade boiled squid
150 g
Salt and pepper
to taste
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Fish sauce
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the myoga ginger vertically into 4-6 pieces. Thinly slice the celery stalk and roughly chop the leaves.
2. Combine the celery and myoga ginger in a bowl and rub with a bit of salt.
3. Once wilted, squeeze out the moisture and add the squid, salt, pepper, fish sauce, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
4. It's delicious when freshly made, but if you let it sit for a day, the flavor really sinks in and it's even more delicious.
