Stir-Fried Green Pepper with Shirasu and Sansho for Bento!

It's an easy side dish perfect for bento boxes. Great as an appetizer as well!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Green peppers
2
Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
as needed
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sansho pepper powder
to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
as needed

Steps

1. Remove the seeds and stem of the green peppers and cut into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and cook over high heat.
2. Add the soy sauce.
3. Add all other ingredients and cook.
