This nutritiously balanced bibimbap with plenty of vegetables, meat, and eggs is one of our family favorites. It especially comes in handy when I'm busy.
As long as you do the prep in advance, the only thing you need to do is to put the toppings on rice. It's also easy to make namul if you have the sauce in stock!
