Thai-style Oil-free Salad

Just shred your favourite vegetables and top with sauce.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cucumber
1
Carrot
a small amount
Dried tomatoes (Recipe ID: 2319880)
1-2 pieces
Fish sauce (Recipe ID: 2316525)
2/3 - 1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Peel the cucumber and carrot, and shred finely (with a slicer). Soak in water so they become crispy. Enjoy with celery, lettuce, or any vegetable of your choice!
2. Top with dried tomatoes. (Recipe ID: 2319880). Pour fish sauce just before eating, and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

I'm counting calories, so when I make a hearty side dish, I always use an oil-free dressing. For me, an oil-free salad never seems to be enough, so I use this strong tasting nam pla sauce to make it more satisfying.
