Marinated Olives and Tomatoes

Marinated Olives and Tomatoes

A refreshing salad made with cherry tomatoes, olives, and tuna. All you need is a marinade dressing.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cherry tomatoes
Canned tuna
1/2 can
Store bought vinegar-based marinade dressing
1 tablespoon

1. Cut the tomato into fourths. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
2. Drain the oil well from the canned tuna. Combine with tomatoes and olives from Step 1.
3. Combine with the marinade and mix to finish!
4. The contrasting colors of black and red look really pretty in bentos.
5. You could also use homemade marinade! Make it with 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, and oregano and dried basil (optional).

Story Behind this Recipe

The natural flavor of the tuna is already tasty, but I added marinade dressing to make it more refreshing.
