Carrot and Hanpen Sliced Pork Wraps

This is a recipe for carrot and hanpen sliced pork wraps, which will make your bento colorful.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1/4 piece
Thinly sliced pork for shabu-shabu
4 slices
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Plain flour
a small amount


1. Chop the carrot and hanpen into 5 cm cubes. Boil the carrot in salted water, and let cool.
2. Spread out the pork slices, and dust with flour. Place the carrot and hanpen alternately, and wrap together.
3. Fr in a frying pan until browned, and add all the seasonings to make them sweet and salty.
4. Cut in half and serve. They will look pretty.

Story Behind this Recipe

There are many varieties of meat wraps, but I thought the red from the carrots and the white from the hanpen fish cakes would look pretty together.
