Healthy Tofu Burger

Healthy Tofu Burger

Just mix and pan-fry. I always have cravings for these burgers in the summertime.

Ingredients: 3 servings

◎Minced chicken thigh
200 g
◎Firm tofu
80 g
◎Shiitake mushrooms
◎Grated ginger
◎Salt and pepper
a small amount
◎Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
◎Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
20 g
20 g
Vegetable oil
as needed
Shiso leaves
Grated daikon radish


1. Put the ◎ ingredients into a bowl and use your hands to knead until sticky.
2. Put some vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, form the mixture into burger shapes and pan-fry over medium heat!
3. Once the surface has browned, flip over and lower the heat to low. Cover with a lid and steam-fry!
4. Once cooked, place on a plate and top with shiso and grated daikon radish, and they're done! Pour over some ponzu and serve.

I improved a dish that I used to make at my previous job!

If you use a sweet and salty sauce, it will become more like a delicious meatloaf.

Since I'm currently raising kids, I want to have meals that can be prepare quickly.
