Cheese, Seafood, and Corn Pizza-Style Okonomiyaki

I love cheese, corn, and seafood, so I stuffed it into a hearty okonomiyaki.
It's really delicious!

Ingredients: serves 4

Okonomiyaki flour
200 g
240 ml
300 g
as desired
as desired
Seafood mix
as desired
Thinly sliced pork
as desired


1. Crack the eggs and add to a bowl together with water, thickly shredded cabbage, and okonomiyaki flour. Mix together.
2. In a heated frying pan, add half the mixture from Step 1. Arrange the corn, seafood, and cheese on top, then pour the rest of the mixture over.
3. Top with thinly sliced pork, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 7 - 8 minutes.
4. Turn over and cook the other side for 6 - 7 minutes.
5. Once cooked, transfer to a serving plate and top with your favorite toppings such as okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, etc.

Story Behind this Recipe

Traditional okonomiyaki is good too, but I made this western-style for my grandkids who loves cheese and corn.
