Easy Matcha Green Tea Uiro in the Microwave

You can make it even more jiggly by adding 20-30% extra katakuriko.

1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until all the lumps are gone.
2. Line a container with plastic wrap ...
3. Pour through a strainer and into the container. Dissolve any powder left in the tea strainer into the mixture.
4. Lightly cover with plastic wrap or loosely covered with a lid. Microwave for 5-6 minutes.
5. The uiro can be simply cooled as is, or molded with a bamboo mat and cooled.
