Beef Rice Bowl Made of Thinly Sliced Sukiyaki Meat

I made an extravagant beef rice bowl using thinly sliced and fatty sukiyaki meat.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Thinly sliced meat for sukiyaki
3 ~ 4 slices
Chopped green onions
to taste
Seasoning:
Sake
2 tablespoons
Mirin
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Soft light brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Lay the beef in a frying pan, and sprinkle sake.
2. When it's cooked half way through, add the remaining seasoning ingredients and simmer.
3. Sprinkle chopped onions if you like and serve in a bowl. Alternatively, serve on a plate and eat with cooked white rice. It'll be delicious!
