[Tomato Sauce] Gnocchi

This is gnocchi with a homemade tomato sauce loaded with garlic. It's delicious and is without meat.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Canned diced tomatoes
200 g
Garlic (finely chopped)
20 g
Onions (finely chopped)
1/2
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Margarine (or butter)
20 g
Salt
1 teaspoon
Oregano (dried)
a little if you have it

Steps

1. Finely chop the garlic in a food processor. Chop the onions.
2. Heat the vegetable oil and margarine in a frying pan and sauté the garlic over medium heat.
3. Add the onions and salt and continue to sauté.
4. Add the tomatoes and oregano and simmer until thickened. The sauce is finished!
5. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add half of the gnocchi. When they float to the top, wait 30 seconds, then scoop them out and drain in a colander. Repeat with the remaining gnocchi.
6. Once all the gnocchi has boiled, mix with the sauce over low heat to finish.
