Creamy and Moist Sweet Potato Cakes

Heavy cream makes these sweet potatoes moist.
They are filled with the aroma of butter.
This is a snack that makes my kids happy.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Sweet potato
130 g
White caster sugar (superfine sugar)
20 g
Heavy cream
20 ml
Unsalted (butter or margarine)
10g
Egg yolk for glazing

Steps

1. Peel the skins and chop the sweet potatoes. Steam in a steamer to soften. Bring the butter and cream to room temperature.
2. Mash the steamed sweet potatoes.
3. Add the butter, heavy cream, and ☆ ingredients to Step 2. Mix very well. Preheat the oven to 190℃ for 30 minutes.
4. Arrange the shapes and place on parchment paper. Brush the surface with egg yolk, using a pastry brush. Bake for 30 minutes in the 190℃ preheated oven.
5. Once they have finished baking, they're done.
