Super Easy Marinated Tomatoes and Myoga Ginger

Cut the tomatoes and myoga ginger, mix the dressing, and let it rest overnight. This is a refreshing, slightly sweet, and easy marinated dish.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Cherry tomatoes
1 pack
Myoga ginger
about 3 flowers
Vinegar
50-60ml
Sugar
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Slice the tomatoes in half and mince the myoga ginger.
2. In a deep bowl, add the vinegar and sugar. Mix lightly.
3. Add the tomatoes and minced myoga ginger, and toss together. Refrigerate overnight and it's done.
