Chicken Breast Yakitori in a Frying Pan

I love chicken breast meat.

Ingredients

Chicken breast
As needed
Japanese leeks
To taste
Ichimi spice
A small amount
For the sauce:
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Mirin
3 tablespoons
Sake
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Chop the chicken and Japanese leeks into pieces and skewer.
2. Fry in a frying pan.
3. Add the sauce ingredients into the pan, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve on a plate, and it's done.
