This is a satisfying dish made with healthy breast meat.
You can make this easily in one frying pan.

Ingredients: 2 or 3 servings

Chicken breast
300 g
For marinating:
● Salt and pepper
a small amount
● Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Katakuriko
1 to 2 tablespoons
Red bell pepper
1/2
Yellow bell pepper
1/2
Onion
1
The sauce ingredients:
○ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
○ Sake
1 tablespoon
○ Sugar
1 tablespoon
○ Vinegar
3 tablespoons
○ Ketchup
2 tablespoons
○ Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
○ Katakuriko
1 teaspoon
Oil
About 2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
2. Cut the vegetables and breast meat into bite-sized chunks and soak the meat in the marinating ingredients.
3. Once one side has cooked, turn the pieces over and add about 40 ml of water, then place the lid on the frying pan and steam the chicken.
4. Coat the chicken in the katakuriko and fry it on one side until it turns a light brown colour (don't touch the chicken too much).
5. Once one side has cooked, turn the pieces over and add about 40 ml of water, then place the lid on the fry pan and steam the chicken.
6. Once both sides have browned, evaporate the excess water and add the stir fried vegetables and sauce. Once the sauce has coated the rest of the ingredients, the dish is done.
