Stir-fried Eggplant and Shishito Peppers

This is a super delicious Korean dish that is made with eggplant and shishito peppers which are available year-round.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Eggplants (small)
Shishito peppers
1 package
Garlic (finely chopped)
a little
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
White sesame seeds
to taste


1. Wash the eggplant and shishito peppers, remove the stems, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add Step 1, and stir-fry for 3~4 minutes. Add the garlic and soy sauce to taste, sprinkle white sesame seeds on top, and enjoy.
