Chilled Kabocha Squash Soup

Enjoy some delicious chilled kabocha soup during the summer months.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Kabocha squash
200 ml
☆Soup stock cube
1 pat
300 ml
1/4-1/3 teaspoon
a small amount
Parsley etc.
to taste


1. Peel the kabocha with a knife. Chop into 2-3 cm cubes.
2. Add the kabocha and ☆ ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil.
3. Turn off the heat when the kabocha is soft.
4. Add the kabocha and the ★ ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
5. Chill the soup in the refrigerator and it's done.
