Spring Rolls in 3 Easy Steps

Spring Rolls in 3 Easy Steps

The pre-seasoning with sweet and salty flavors, so they're delicious as-is! Of course, they're also good dipped in a mixture of vinegar and soy sauce.

Ingredients: Makes 10 spring rolls

Spring roll wrappers
Chicken tenders (or pork)
Bamboo shoot
100 g
Shiitake mushrooms
Chinese chives
★ Soy sauce and sugar
2 tablespoons each
★ Japanese soup stock (granules)
1 teaspoon
Katakuriko dissolved in water
a small amount
Vegetable oil

1. Cut the vegetables and chicken into small pieces and stir-fry in a frying pan. Add the ★ ingredients for seasoning. Add the katakuriko slurry and stir until it thickens slightly.
2. Lay out the spring roll wrappers, add the fillings, and wrap them up.
3. Fry in 170º C oil until golden brown. All done! (The filling is cooked already, so all you need to do is fry them until they're browned.)
4. These are good for bentos... (I made the spring rolls in the photo by cutting the spring roll wrappers into quarters before wrapping them)
