Homemade Pasta in a Bread Maker

Homemade Pasta in a Bread Maker

It's easy!! Even if your bread maker doesn't have a "pasta dough course" function, you can still knead the dough in the bread maker!!

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Semolina flour
250 g
5 g
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
20 ml
Flour for dusting》
Corn starch
as needed

1. Beat the eggs, and add all the ingredients except for corn starch into a bread maker.
2. Start the "bread dough course" and set a timer for 15 minutes.
3. When the timer beeps, turn off the bread maker and take out the dough. Roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
4. Dust a cutting board with corn starch. Divide the dough in half, and roll out into a thickness of 2 mm.
5. It's hard, but roll it out using a rolling pin.
6. Fold it so that it's easy to cut.
7. Cut into about 5 mm wide noodles using a knife.
8. They should look like this.
9. Boil water in a large pot, cook the pasta for 1 minute, and you're done.
10. I made creamy lemon pasta with chicken.

Story Behind this Recipe

I ate fresh pasta at a restaurant, and I wanted to try making it myself, so I created this recipe!!
