Make the custard cream in the microwave and spread it out in a small metal tray. Once it has cooled, chill in the fridge.
Spread the custard cream from Step 1 into the tart crusts. Top with blueberries and garnish with a mint leaf.
You can also optionally dust with powdered sugar.

I had made some custard cream to use up the milk, so I decided to make a tart. I just came up with this on the spot. It also goes well with yogurt cream Recipe ID: 610076
