Seared Bonito with Garlic - Chinese Flavor

Add garnishes and sesame oil to your heart's content. Try this with ponzu sauce! It is great to eat with plain rice.

Ingredients: 4 people

Enough for 4 people
Onion (sliced)
1 onion per 4 servings
Grated garlic
1/3 teaspoon
Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon
a pinch
Toasted sesame seeds (white)
To taste


1. Mix all of the ingredients used for the dressing together.
2. Cut the bonito, and after arranging on a plate.
3. Add the dressing and enjoy!
